安德里亞．阿爾卡萊

安德里亞．阿爾卡萊（Andrea Alkalay）是一位來自阿根廷的視覺藝術家與工業設計師（畢業於布宜諾斯艾利斯大學，UBA）。她的藝術實踐跨越了攝影、物質性與研究的交界，將「地景」視為影像、物質、記憶與領域在自然與人造環境中交匯的場域。透過實驗性的複合媒材技法，她致力於探究「我們所見」與「我們所知」之間的視覺鴻溝。
她曾於沙烏地阿拉伯進行長期的研究與藝術創作，並三度獲得該國文化部的獎助支持，其中包括兩次藝術家駐村計畫以及「王國攝影獎」（The Kingdom Photography Award）。
安德里亞的作品於阿根廷國內廣泛展出，包含南美當代藝術雙年展（BienalSur, MUNTREF）、雷科萊塔文化中心（CCR）、自由宮（Palacio Libertad）、聖馬丁文化中心（CCSM）、聖胡安美院博物館及拉雷塔博物館等。在國際舞台上，她的展跡遍及美國、歐洲、中東及亞洲。
其創作生涯獲得多項國際與國內獎項肯定，包括：

Argentine visual artist and industrial designer (UBA). Her practice operates at the intersection of photography, materiality, and research, exploring landscape as a site where image, matter, memory, and territory converge across natural and built environments. Through experimental and mixed techniques, she investigates the gap between what we see and what we know.
She developed a sustained research and artistic practice in Saudi Arabia, where she received three grants from the Ministry of Culture, including two artist residencies and The Kingdom Photography Award.
She has exhibited widely in Argentina, including at BienalSur (MUNTREF), CCR, Palacio Libertad, CCSM, Museo de Bellas Artes de San Juan, Museo Larreta, and CCEBA, as well as internationally in the USA, among other venues across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia.
International and national awards include First Prize – Latin American Professional (WPO), Head On Photo Festival (Sydney), Aesthetica Art Prize (UK), Amalgama Art Grant for Latina Women, The Light Festival winner, and an Acquisition Prize (Museo de Artes de La Pampa), among others.
Her work is held in public and private collections. She is the author of the photobook Uncertain Nature (2016). Lives and works in Buenos Aires.
