汽車：
高速公路
- 南下：國道1號麻豆交流道下，接縣道176（往佳里方向），循指標即可抵達園區。
- 北上：由國道1號台南系統交流道下，轉國道8號（往台南方向）由新吉交流道下（往西港方向），接台19線即可抵達園區。
台南市區出發
- 台17線（往七股方向）接 縣道176，循指標即可抵達園區。
- 台19線（往西港方向），循指標即可抵達園區。
其他大眾交通工具：
高鐵
- 南下至嘉義站，搭乘大臺南公車橘9快捷公車至蕭壠文化園區站下車。(每日7班次往返，建議預先確認班次時間)
- 北上至台南站，轉台鐵沙崙線至台南火車站，大台南公車藍幹線至佳里站下車，轉乘藍支線或棕幹線至蕭壠文化園區站下車。
台鐵
- 南下至新營站，大台南公車棕幹線至蕭壠文化園區站下車。

客運
