宋祥婷 Tif Sung

視覺藝術Visual Arts

宋祥婷生於1990，加州矽谷。紐約大學藝術雕塑學士，芝加哥藝術學院藝術陶藝碩士。

加州矽谷工作後現居頭城/台北。宋的作品著重於形體組合和形式變化。 透過實驗性上釉手法， 結合複合媒材，挑戰觀者對陶的認知和觀點。

與饒禹辰於2020年創辦 <野東西> 藝術家聯盟。重新想像媒材的可能性。

Sung’s works investigate archetypal forms and material transmutation. Her experimental glazing technique and mixed media approach wish to challenge the way in which we perceive ceramic art.

Sung and Yuchen Jao founded Wild Things Artist Collective in 2020.
