Tsai Ning, born in Taichung, has been engaged in architectural space and installation design and digital creation after graduating from university.

He currently works as an artist and a freelance focusing on interactive behavioral design, marginal subjects, visual cultures, and presence of creature being through space-scale installation and narrative image as performative medium.
