I look at the ground and in the gutters for inspiration. My projects are examinations of everyday objects and unremarkable spaces that are easily ignored, yet, to me, are reflections of humanity. By re-organizing these familiar sources, playing with scale, perception and anthropomorphism, I hope to break the logic of the commonplace to reveal humor, pathos and poetry.
