藝術家陳哲偉此次於蕭壠文化園區藝術進駐，延續過往精神議題的創作脈絡，關注地方上未被精神醫學所框架的人們。展覽試圖跳脫既有對立的認識論、面對在地與現代性治理的擺盪，以創作者的感性經驗與反身性思考，與此同時，我們在此相遇。
During this residency in the Siao-Long Cultural Park this time, the artist Che-Wei Chen continues his past artistic context to take notice of the people who are not under the influence of psychiatry in the local area. The exhibition attempts to escape the existing oppositional epistemology. It moves from the modern governance to the coexisting conditions without the psychiatry. Besides, it is also based on the artist's perceptual experience and reflexivity. At the same time, here is where we meet.
