Notice：
1. To ensure the quality of services provided, please observe the following regulations:
(1) No entry for all vehicles. Visitors can park in surrounding parking spaces.
(2) No smoking in all areas of the Park to protect people from exposure to tobacco smoke.
(3) Use of fire and explosive materials, such as firecrackers, fireworks, and combustible dust, is prohibited to prevent ignition of an uncontrolled fire.
(4) Pets must be leashed in the Park. Please put your pet in a carrier when going indoors.
(5) No eating, drinking, yelling, or running in the exhibition halls. Please keep voice down and avoid disturbing others.
(6) Children must be attended by adults when using facilities to ensure safety.
(7) No littering. Please use a trash can.
(8) Do not feed animals in the Park to ensure safety of the visitors.
(9) Please do not climb on, walk through, and pick the plants or the flowers in the Park.(10)Take additional preventive measures to avoid mosquito or bug bites.

Note: Applicants through online booking must arrive 15 mins before
scheduled start time. Late entries will not be accepted and will be replaced by visitors on the wait list.
(3) Capacity of the Playroom:
- Limit of 100 people (including children and adults) at one time. Please make an online reservation (max. 50 people) or quene in advance（max. 50 people).
- Telephone booking and group reservation are NOT accepted. Please line up for entry on the day of visit if you miss your reserved time.
(4) Admission:
- Admission for children aged 0-10 for the reasons of safety and service quality.
- Each child must be accompanied by at least 1 adult. Each adult can bring no more than 4 children into the Playroom (e.g. groups, kindergartens, after-school daycares). (5) No eating and drinking. Do not bring personal toys into the Playroom.
(6) Children must be attended by adults when using equipment.
(7) Guidelines for online reservation:
- Online booking system opens for reservation a month before visiting day. Applicants are required to complete online booking 7 days prior to your visit.

- Please provide real names for reservation to protect your right.
- Online booking system opens for reservation 30 days (starting from 00:00 am) before the day of visit. Applicants are required to complete online booking 7 days prior to the visit. Under special circumstances, such as booking for March 29th, 30th, or 31st, online reservation will open from 00:00 am on March 1st and so on.
- Limit of 50 people for online booking. Online reservation must be completed 7 days prior to the visit.
- Applicants through online booking must arrive 15 mins before scheduled start time. Late entries will not be accepted and will be replaced by visitors on the wait list.
- To change the number of visitors, please cancel your reservation and rebook.
- Please make sure you are given a reservation code to confirm the request by checking “online reservation/ cancellation”.
- To cancel your reservation, please complete your request a day before your visit. For example, if you book for 26th, cancellation must be submitted before 24:00 pm on 25th.
