Soulang Cultural Park is centered on art, revitalizing the former sugar factory spaces while offering children a creative arena for play, imagination, and artistic expression. The park features four Children’s Art Museum buildings, five Visual Arts Exhibition Halls, an indoor theater, and an outdoor performing arts stage. It also includes the Folk Parade Pavilion and the Siraya Pingpu Cultural Hall, both showcasing Tainan’s unique cultural heritage. Dedicated to supporting professionals in artistic research, creation, and presentation, the park continues to foster diverse cultural practices.
At the end of 2024, the Soulangh Store was established in Building A1 through a public tender, welcoming the local Jiali brand Chen Studio Coffee as its operating partner. The first floor offers a curated selection of cultural and creative merchandise, Tainan specialty snacks, fruit popsicles, and a variety of non-coffee beverages. The mezzanine on the second floor houses a café, providing visitors with a warm and comfortable place to relax while exploring the park's artistic and cultural offerings.
