Soulang Cultural Park is centered on art, revitalizing the former sugar factory spaces while offering children a creative arena for play, imagination, and artistic expression. The park features four Children’s Art Museum buildings, five Visual Arts Exhibition Halls, an indoor theater, and an outdoor performing arts stage. It also includes the Folk Parade Pavilion and the Siraya Pingpu Cultural Hall, both showcasing Tainan’s unique cultural heritage. Dedicated to supporting professionals in artistic research, creation, and presentation, the park continues to foster diverse cultural practices.

In late 2024, Hall A1 welcomed Chen Studio, a beloved local coffee brand from Jiali, together with a retail section, providing visitors with a warm and inviting space to rest and enjoy along their artistic journey.
